These terms apply to all visitors and customers of ZamZam Perfumes KSA. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All perfumes sold on this website are genuine ZamZam Perfumes products. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Delivery

We deliver across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Free delivery on orders above SAR 200.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and processed through PayTabs payment gateway.
