Return & Cancellation Policy

At ZamZam Perfumes KSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@zamzamperfumes.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Gift sets that have been opened
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
